3.13 After endless coaxing
and assurances, Tucker finally convinces the aliens to meet her human. “I’m
living proof nothing bad will happen to you,” she says, leading them toward the
house.
Following behind, Gwendolyn says, “Your primates
must be different than where we come from.” Tucker, of course, hasn’t a clue
that her guests are from another planet.

3.14 Quite suddenly, the
primate looms over Bridget and Gwendolyn, cooing unintelligible noises. Though
these noises hold no meaning for the aliens, they interpret the primate’s
intentions as friendly . . .

3.15 . . . and follow her
to the house, where they are immediately made to feel at home.
